8.2/10 Very Good! (611 reviews)
Overall, we had an OK experience here. The room was good and the location was beautiful. However, there were many things that rubbed us the wrong way. Namely, the upcharging for everything was ridiculous. Towels ($10/towel!?), heaters ($25/night?!), gas canisters, firewood, coffee—nothing was included in the price, and this was not mentioned in the description. It left a bad taste in our mouth. If we were in the area again, we would rather pay for something a little more expensive and save ourselves from having to pick and choose what we would like based on their high prices. Also, there is no electricity in the tents and this was not advertised. It was the only tent in our long trip that did not have heaters provided or electricity. If you don’t have an SUV, don’t book this place because the road is not maintained. Lastly, their recommended rating system is ridiculous (they say four stars should be given for “several issues, none addressed”).
